Nokia's small camera delivers a big film

Nokia has been marketing their N8 with a variety of films that were shot primarily with the actual phone. A few months ago, just before the FIFA World Cup, I wrote about a series of films from Nokia about Foosball. They showed some of the most amazing tricks that I have ever seen, where the replays were all filmed by the N8. The master video had a hyper-link to all the replays. In other words the contents not just spoke about the product it was developed by the product.

Now Nokia has actually filmed an entire short film solely on the N8. The quality will surprise you. It is truly amazing. The groundbreaking film, directed by the McHenry Brothers, was shot in just four days with the Nokia N8 using no back up cameras, with the streets of London and St Albans providing the backdrop to Nokia's story about one commuter's eventful journey to work.

What a powerful way to prove the product's ability and provide a great piece of entertainment in the process. Brilliant.
